Radiación || Radiation
Today I had the first radiation therapy. It feels like an x-ray, i. e., you don't feel anything. They took some time setting things up, so by the time they actually started didn't feel anything. I mean I didn't feel my arms that were above my head and asleep... a little painful. Finally, a horde of people who were setting things up left the room and the machine buzzed for maybe two or three minutes and then rotated below me and buzzed a little more. That was that. I ate a slice of pizza in a food court around the corner: lunch. I will start feeling the side effects in a couple weeks, by the end of the treatment. Now it's just the hassle of going across town every day. Better than having cancer, though.
