Read all the instructions and understand them before you do anything stupid.
| 1. Using either a Search Engine or a Directory search for a) the biography and b) pictures of one of the authors you are reading this bimester in the Reading Achievement: Authors you are reading this bimester. |
| 2. Find at least three different websites with different kinds of information related to him (her/his life, her/his other writings, reader's opinions, other publications, her/his beliefs, her/his official website, etc.) |
| 3. Open a word processign program (MS Word or StarOffice Starwriter) and write a biography of her/him. You do it, do not copy/paste. It must be no more than 350 words and no less than 250. Include the information you find more relevant and four different images (at least one picture of the person). |
| 4. Include the complete bibliographic references of the sites where you got all the information (including images). |
| 5. Give an interesting title to your work. |
| 6.. Edit, with the images, the biography you wrote; make it presentable, make it look nice. |
| 7. Save the file in a diskette in MS Word format. If you used Staroffice, SAVE AS an MS Word file. |
| 8. Send an e-mail to your teacher at ferdicas@rocketmail.com (and a copy (Cc) to Jorge Celis at jcelis@sancarlos.edu.co) with that file as an ATTACHMENT. The subject of the message must be BIOGRAPHY. If you don't know how to do any of this, ask for help. |
